Twice as effective together, Gail and Courtney are well-known for providing outrageous service to their clients. They have lived, worked and played in inland and coastal San Diego for over 20 years. They have won team sales awards as well as recognition for their community contributions.

Gail Carroll

Gail is a mother of 5, grandmother of 10, married to Bob Carroll, and lives in Carlsbad. She retired from a career of 25 years in a corporate sales environment as a consistent top performer. Her background is in taxation and fraud investigation, involving information technology. She also pioneered the concept of what is now known in the real estate industry as "staging," bringing top dollar for client's property.

Gail has earned her Senior Real Estate Specialist designation to assist mature clients in making sound choices in real estate transactions. As an accomplished member of the Richard Realty Groups, Gail's creativity, energy, and zeal for excellence sets a high standard of client service. Her can-do attitude is a special, innate gift. Those who have been represented by Gail praise her integrity and professionalism.

Gail takes the same passion she demonstrates in real estate out to the community, where she has served on local HOA's, and is an activist for quality of life in coastal communities. Gail has served on the board of the Assistance League for 15+ years, raising funds for children, families and women at risk. She organizes a drive for food and household needs for the Military Outreach Ministry twice a year to provide much needed resources for enlisted troops. She has been honored by the San Diego Association of Realtors and the military for her service.

Courtney Harmeling

Courtney is the mother of Jack, 4 years old, married to Henry (DJ) Harmeling and lives in Carlsbad. She has 10+ years in marketing, sales and information technology, consulting for well known inspirational celebrities. She also consults for high level marketing and web development clients. Her experience, creativity and talent provide fresh perspectives for marketing with innovative ideas. She welcomes challenge and applies her energy and drive to accomplish solutions for clients' unique requirements.

Courtney prides herself on the many clients who have become long term friends, which in turn offer new referrals and friends. She also is involved in hosting events for the Military Outreach Ministry for enlisted families. She attributes her success to integrity and determination.
